Product Introduction
The pressure roller is processed in batches. It took approximately eight months from the start of development to the production of the first finished product, during which all issues related to the processing of this roller at various stages were thoroughly resolved. The final dimensions of this roller are machined using a horizontal machining center, where the workpiece is laid flat during processing. After one end is machined, the machine tool rotates the workpiece by 180 degrees to machine the other end. This method fundamentally ensures concentricity between the two ends, thereby guaranteeing its performance in later use. Since 2023, we have sold over a hundred of these rollers, and no customer has reported any issues.
